Had a two night stay here, beds were good and the rooms were nice and clean.
The food was good and the breakfast was a nice touch.
The staff were very friendly and helpful .
Would stay again if I was in that part of the country again.
Fully recommend.

Didn’t stay at the hotel (luckily), we just went there for a meal and it’s some of the worst food i’ve ever had.
See the photos attached, one is the pure grease of a hunters chicken and the other is the soggiest pastry I’ve seen.
Go to the chip shop down the road, the food is much nicer.

Excellent green staff collecting our names on the course, and then checking us in so we could pick up the key outside the bar , brilliant idea 💡 . Also the staff and the place can't do enough for you ! The room ( the beeches) had a small single bed, which I was scared of turning over quickly, but great parking 👍 I have been twice this year , the bed in main hotel are bigger 😀

I had what I believe to be the best Sunday carvery in Britain😀 thick tender slices of roast beef, roast potatoes to die for and gravy you would happily drink out of a pint glass, washed down with the best pint of san Miguel outside manilla🥰

Special thanks to all the staff for making a sad occasion (funeral wake) a special memory for my family, providing a great night of drinks and music. The staff were extra attentive under some difficult circumstances and very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend and the breakfast was the perfect end to our stay

That was my worst pub experience(for my colleagues as well) in the UK.
When we arrived we opened a tap, we ordered some starters, food, drinks etc. Suddenly before we finish, the pub staff decided that they don't do tap. Then we saw they were discussing us behind the bar, tried to hide it and pointing fingers at us. They thought we are going to run away without paying our bill 😂
Overall - food was not great, they messed our order and blamed us, incompetent and not trained personnel, highly disrespectful behaviour and manners, not clearing the empty plates, grumpy and not welcoming at all.
If you want to be disrespected and humiliated, because somebody's personal believes - then this you pub.
That pub does not welcome any different nationalities or religions.
Very happy that we only ate there and didn't stay overnight!!! Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Outside bins overflowing in carpark,even when wedding party arrived. Taps in gents loose and wobbly. Floor Tiles in gents cracked and dirty.Barman on till,looked up at me saying,
Is there something l can do for you. No!,I like standing at the bar.?Then he says
Bear with me just doing this?.Spar attendants,not at desk both behind screen. Bend his head under glass saying you all right.Young girl pushed herself out of the partion
in her chair with wheels to greet me and sat there before she got up.

The worst hotel. Noisy, boiling hot rooms with no air con, can reduce the temperature by 1 degree with a noisy fan or open the window and increase the volume of the already noisy generator.

I didn't stay in the hotel, I went there for breakfast and for evening meals for 3 days. The service was excellent the staff friendly and efficient, and the food was great 👍,we didn't stay here because they were fully booked, would definitely try to stay there in the future.
